Research On Value Co-creation Of Engineering Projects From The Perspective Of Industry Organization

Engineering projects are an important content and foundation of the construction industry,which is one of the important pillar industries of the national economy,and value creation is one of the important measures for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Thus,the paper selects the value of construction project value co-creation behavior on financial performance as the research object,which has important theoretical and practical significance for engineering enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.Firstly,PLS-SEM is used to analyze the co-creation behavior of engineering projects in different regions and endings.Secondly,according to the real data of listed companies,this paper studies the impact of value co-creation on financial performance.Finally,based on the data-driven,this paperanalyzes the internal relationship between the key success factors of value co-creation behavior in engineering projects.The research results show that: ? The construction mechanism project value co-creation behavior realization mechanism mainly includes four aspects of project service transaction basis,service transaction mechanism,value co-creation process,project value co-creation result and service ecosystem performance,among which service transaction The foundation can promote the project service transaction mechanism,and then optimize the value co-creation process,thereby improving the project value co-creation results and service ecosystem performance;the transaction mechanism has different levels of mediation effects in different dimensions of service transaction basis;construction projects with different endings There are significant differences in the key factor structure and relationship of project value creation.? There are regional differences in the financial performance of listed construction companies.At the same time,there are also significant regional differences in the logical relationship between the key factors of co-creation of engineering project value,especially the positive effect of the preliminary preparation of the project on the innovation of the management process and the negative effect of the risk control on the communicatio n mechanism between the project members.The internal structure of key factors such as risk control,understanding,communication and management process innovation are also significantly different.? Data-driven engineering project value co-creation behavior empirical research results show that the project factors of different outcomes have different levels of key factors in the co-creation behavior network and their importance,and the key factors of successful project value co-creation behavior have high correlation Degree of sexuality;unsuccessful project value co-creation behavior process is relatively lengthy.The results of social network analysis show that flexible project structure and management processes,harmonious relationship and diverse forms of communication have a more important position in the network,and it is easier to influence other factors.According to the empirical results of the paper and the SCP analysis paradigm,the following industrial policy recommendations are proposed: ?
