With the commercialization of the Heavy Ion Medical Machine(HIMM),there has been a demand for miniaturization of HIMM.The beam diagnostics system is an important part of HIMM.It provides researchers with various measurement parameters,such as beam position,beam intensity,and beam profile of HIMM.All beam diagnostics detectors are composed of beam probes,front-end electronics,and data acquisition systems.Multi-wire detector system is used to measure beam profile,it outputs multichannel weak current signals.A high-performance front-end electronics and data acquisition system is required for signal amplification and data acquisition.The current commercial data acquisition systems of HIMM cannot satisfy the demands of integrated design and independent transformation.Aiming at the working characteristics of front-end electronics output signals and data acquisition system,this paper designs a Multi-wire detector data acquisition system based on ZYNQ-7000 chip.The system is composed of ZYNQ motherboard,data acquisition trigger board and PC host computer.In order to reduce the difficulty of design and improve the integration and stability of the system,the structure of the ZYNQ motherboard and the data acquisition trigger daughter board is adopted.The research content includes three parts: hardware design,driver and application.Realizing data acquisition and AXI bus transmission in the programmable logic part of ZYNQ,transplanting Petalinux operating system in the processing system part.Differential signal conversion and data acquisition are implemented on the data acquisition trigger daughter board,which can realize digital signal triggering and analog signal acquisition of the front-end electronics.After analog-to-digital signals conversion,it is transmitted to the host computer via giga Ethernet interface.Users can configure the integration time,collection control and view the real-time data collection results on the host computer.The paper elaborates the principles of data acquisition and Ethernet communication,and then introduces the overall design of the data acquisition configuration of the ZYNQ motherboard,the ADC chip,and implements the acquisition trigger daughter board circuit,FIFO,data acquisition control,AXI transmission,and Ethernet communication and host computer program design;Finally,the data acquisition system is tested for functions and performance.The test results show that the entire system is convenient to operate,the data acquisition rate of each channel can reach 1Msps,the range of input signal is-10 V to +10V,and the maximum measurement deviation is 1.13%;In the joint test with frontend electronics,the range of input current is 5nA to 50 nA,the nonlinear error is less than 1.41%,which can fulfill the demand of the actual beam profile measurement.At the same time,a variety of data interfaces are reserved to meet other different types of data readout demand.
