| The development and production of the aircraft navigation module begins in the end of last century.As the service life goes on,the deterioration of signal-to-noise ratio,the aging and damage of internal chips are gradually exposed.The sensitivity decreased in the rainy south and the cold north which has a great impact on the use of troops.It is difficult to disassemble internal modules and purchase russian-made chips during the repairment.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out localized and improved design of aircraft navigation components.This paper takes the russian-made inter-aircraft navigation module as the research object,conducts the research on the improved design of localization of inter-aircraft navigation module.The main content is as follows:1.The working principle of the inter-aircraft navigation module was analyzed,and the principle block diagram was given.Based on the analysis of function,composition and performance,an overall designed scheme was proposed to improve the modules of radio semicompass,hemispheric control and measurement device,delay and formation device,matching device and power supply device.2.Various modules of the inter-aircraft navigation module were analyzed.Corresponding indicators were given,and major modules such as radio semi-compass,hemispheric control and measurement device,delay and formation device and matching device were improved.Mechanical structure,safety stability and electromagnetic compatibility were studied.3.Detailed tests were carried out on all major modules,and the performance test indicators before and after the improvement were compared and analyzed.The analysis results showed that the performance of the improved inter-aircraft navigation components was more stable.Experiments of high and low temperature environment and compatibility were carried out. |
