Recently significant attention has been devoted to autonomous rendezvous and docking technology,but little attention has been given to missions with rotating target.Dynamic models are studied for hovering to rotating target.The ground test research is studied based on the suspension mechanism and the suspended simulation aircraft.The main achievements in this paper are summarized as follows.Dynamics models are established for relative motion of hovering over rotating target.The relative position and relative attitude models for a chaser to hover over free rotating target are established based on orbit and body coordinates,which lays the foundation for design on control of hovering over rotating.Control of hovering over rotating target is studied.Mission properties and constraint are studied for hovering over rotating target.Hovering controller is established based on fuzzy/PID hybrid controller through the sub-channel design of the chaser body coordinate.The setting method of the controller parameters are given through the analysis of the characteristics of the controller,measuring mechanism and actuator.Factors and properties are analyzed in numerical simulation,conclusions are useful for controller design.Dynamics models are established for suspended simulation aircraft.Attitude movement of free rotating-target is studied,the influence of friction torque and eccentric moment on its attitude movement is also explored.The influence of control deviation interference on the motion of the simulator is studied.Relative dynamic model of the suspended simulation aircraft under the ground coordinate is established,which lays the foundation for similarity research.The general scheme of the hardware-in-loop simulation system is proposed.The similarity between the ground coordinate and the orbital coordinate is studied,and the similarity error discrimination method is given.The constitution,function and workflow of the system are introduced,and design of the connector is completed;The general scheme of the hardware-in-loop simulation is verified,Factors and properties are analyzed in numerical simulation,conclusions are useful for controller design.Some approaches are obtained in dynamic models and control methods for hovering rotating target and ground test scheme research is studied,which are useful for autonomous rendezvous control method and mission design of ground prototype test.
