Military aviation ground air-conditioning support system is a vital aviation ground four-station support equipment system,which provides a suitable operating environment for pilots or operators engaged in maintenance and repair.In this paper,the new air-conditioning support system for military aviation ground is taken as the object of study,and the following three aspects are mainly studied:1.Research on the key technology of precise temperature control for refrigeration and heating.This paper analyses the main factors affecting the temperature control of equipment refrigeration and heating,expounds the measures for eliminating the influence of environmental relative humidity on the temperature control of the system,puts forward a new idea for the design of the temperature compensation system of refrigeration and heating and a new electrical system structure,and finds out the optimum values of three parameters of the PID temperature control system through simulation,so as to make the temperature control of the system more precise.Indeed,stable.2.Research on new refrigeration technology of military fresh air conditioning support system.Combining with the service conditions of military aviation ground air conditioning support system equipment,it is clear that the refrigeration condition in summer can be divided into rated condition and maximum refrigeration load condition,and the use power of compressor is determined.Considering the shortcomings of the existing air conditioning system such as high energy consumption and large number of compressors,a new hybrid refrigeration technology of constant-frequency compressor is proposed,and the control system and control program are optimized,which can effectively reduce the energy consumption,reduce the actual use of refrigeration equipment,ensure the system layout more reasonable,and guarantee the refrigeration system of the new air conditioning equipment.The integrated design provides a new way of thinking.3.Analyse the adaptability of the system under high altitude conditions.The start-up time,cooling air and heating air of the air conditioning equipment in the altitude of 3600 meters and 4800 meters were tested.According to the altitude test records,the adaptability analysis of the system shows that the system meets the application requirements in high altitude,low pressure and low air density environment.The innovation puts forward that the influence of plateau environment on system performance should be fully considered when designing the system,and can fill the gap of the new machine support equipment for altitude adaptability design.The research on these two key technologies and the adaptability analysis of the system in plateau environment provide design basis for the development of new military aviation ground air conditioning support system equipment,which has high practical value.
