In recent years,the research on combat effectiveness of fighter aircraft has received extensive attention.Combat effectiveness plays an important role in the demonstration of the tactical and technical indicators and performance of fighter aircraft,the review of new aircraft development program,combat simulation and military analysis.Overall design and optimization of weapon equipment performance index is the most concerned problem of the overall weapon equipment designer.At present,the optimization method of weapon equipment combat effectiveness is divided into analytical method and exploratory analysis method based on simulation.Both methods have their own limitations.Firstly,this paper analyzes the combat mission and relevant weapons and equipment of fighter,discusses the use of each weapon and equipment in the combat mission of fighter and the characteristics of each weapon and equipment in the combat mission of fighter.The general process and decision-making method of fighter are analyzed.Then,the simulation assumption is taken as the basic unit of fighter multi-mission effectiveness evaluation,and the evaluation index system of fighter multi-mission operational effectiveness is proposed.Based on the simulation evaluation index system of fighter multi-mission combat effectiveness,the optimization method of fighter multi-mission combat effectiveness is proposed.This method can better support the overall design of weapons and equipment personnel to use simulation to solve the problem of overall design of weapons and equipment.The simulation meta-modeling technique is also used and a sequential neighbor exploration experimental design method is proposed to solve the dimensional explosion problem in simulation meta-modeling experimental design.This method can significantly reduce the number of tests and extract the effective information of the system.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the establishment of the evaluation index system of fighter multi-mission effectiveness,and the feasibility of the multi-mission effectiveness optimization method is verified.This paper is innovative in the following three aspects: it puts forward the simulation evaluation index system of multi-mission combat effectiveness of weapons and equipment,and takes fighter aircraft as an example to realize the index system construction.The optimization method of multi-mission combat effectiveness of weapons and equipment is proposed.The sequential neighbor exploration experiment design method is proposed to solve the problem of dimension explosion in simulation experiment design.
