Sponge city construction is one of the effective measures to alleviate urban waterlogging,which is also an important means of integrating grey infrastructure and green infrastructure as well as engineering and non-engineering measures to tackle problems concerning the urban water environment.As one of the first-batch demonstration cities of sponge city,Xixian New Area plays a significant guiding role in the sponge city construction within northwest arid and semi-arid regions.This article takes the national overall requirements for promoting the construction of the sponge city as the purpose,and analyzes the topography,hydrology,meteorology,water environment status,geological composition,and current construction and planning conditions of the area where the Airport New Town of Xixian New District is located.The current status of drainage and its existing problems are oriented.The goals and indicators of the sponge city construction of the Airport New Town have been sorted out.The research on sponge city construction facilities suitable for the Airport New Town has been conducted,and the following main conclusions have been obtained:1.By analyzing the goals and indicators of the construction of the sponge city of the Airport New Town,and decomposing and refining them,the relationship between the construction of the sponge city of the Airport New Town and the traditional rainwater project is analyzed,and the relationship between the two They complement each other and work together to help solve the urban waterlogging problem in the New Airport Town and improve the urban water environment.2.Aiming at the special geological conditions of Airport New Town(the proportion of type ?-? deadweight collapsible loess accounts for about 85%),through the use of impermeable geotextiles,impermeable brick walls,replacement method,cushion method,dynamic compaction method,After compaction pile method,pre-soaking method and other one or more combination of engineering measures to eliminate some or all of the collapse caused by rainwater seepage,Airport New Town is suitable for sponge city construction.3.According to the requirements of annual runoff control objectives of Airport New Town,analyze and study the sponge facilities that are suitable for the construction of each area;decompose the runoff control objectives into specific areas,and finally get the annual total control amount of rainwater runoff and pollutant control objectives of Airport New Town,including 14.155 million cubic meters of annual rainfall control,6.949 million cubic meters of regulation and storage,natural evaporation and The infiltration amount is 7.206 million cubic meters,the annual rainfall recycling amount is 3.89 million cubic meters,and the annual rainfall discharge is 4.565 million cubic meters.The main control targets of annual runoff pollutants are 1835.0 tons of COD,3670.2 tons of SS,183.5 tons of TN and 4.4 tons of TP.4.In this paper,a small area and road of Airport New Town are taken as a typical case of sponge city construction,and Hongye rainstorm drainage and low impact development simulation system v4.0 is selected to simulate the runoff and peak runoff during the rainfall of the small area and road.The simulation scheme of sponge city construction of the small area and road is obtained.The total annual runoff control rate of the building small area and road is 82.78% and 80.8% respectively,and the pollution control rate is 82.78% and 80.8% respectively TSS was 66.66% and 72.72% respectively.Meet the basic requirements of 80% of total annual runoff control and 60% of pollutant control in Airport New Town.5.China is a vast country,and the shortage of water resources is a common phenomenon,especially in this study area,which is a typical arid and semi-arid area.Through the analysis of the balance of rainwater reuse way,water quantity and municipal miscellaneous water consumption in Airport New Town,it is concluded that the rainwater reuse of Airport New Town for municipal traffic facilities is about 578000 tons,accounting for 9.81% of municipal miscellaneous water consumption,basically Meet the target requirements.
