In recent years,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely used in many fields,such as fan pump,air conditioning,electric vehicle and aerospace,because of its advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,simple structure,high reliability and easy maintenance.With the development of power electronic technology and people's increasing awareness of power saving and environmental protection,the future of permanent magnet motor development is bright,its structure will be increasingly diversified,and it will win more extensive development space.In the control process of PMSM,the speed and rotor position need to be measured in real time.Aiming at the problems of high cost,low adaptability and complex system of mechanical sensors,this paper proposes a vector control method of PMSM based on adaptive unscented Kalman filter(AUKF).The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper makes a brief analysis of the mathematical model of PMSM,and introduces Clark transformation and Park transformation.This paper introduces the SVPWM technology and the current control strategy in detail,and selects the field orientation control strategy of i_d=0 in Matlab/Simulink.The simulation experiment is carried out by using the classical double closed-loop control method,and the simulation results are analyzed.Secondly,the principle of Kalman filter and extended Kalman filter(EKF)is introduced,and the unscented Kalman filter(UKF)is used to estimate the state of PMSM.This method does not need to linearize the linear system,but uses the unscented transformation method to deal with the nonlinear transfer of the mean and variance of the system.In order to overcome the influence of unmeasured disturbance on the system,an adaptive UKF filter(AUKF)is proposed to estimate the state of PMSM.Then,this paper makes a simulation comparison and analysis of the extended Kalman filter,the unscented Kalman filter and the adaptive unscented Kalman filter.Through the comparison between the adaptive unscented Kalman filter and the extended Kalman filter commonly used in the state observation of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the feasibility of the AUKF is verified,and its carrying capacity is far better than that of the EKF.Through the simulation comparison between aukf and UKF,it is proved that UKF increases the anti-interference ability of the system after adding adaptive factor.The influence of system parameter deviation on the estimation of AUKF is also analyzed in detail through simulation experiments.Finally,with STM32F103RCT6 controller as the core,the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is designed,and the power circuit,sampling circuit,protection circuit and driving circuit of the system are analyzed in detail,and the main process of motor starting and running in the software program is introduced.Based on the above hardware and software design,PMSM controller is successfully applied to the butter machine PMSM,and can be applied to other PMSM by setting the motor parameters.
