In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the level of domestic urbanization has been continuously improved.In the development process of previous decades,in order to better adapt to the speed of domestic economic development and the people's requirements for high-level living,China's surface architecture has shown a single The development trend of floor,double-layer,multi-layer,high-rise and super high-rise.Urban roads have also developed from two-way two-lane roads to four-lane and six-lane roads,and ground roads have developed into overpass roads and viaduct roads.However,at the same time,urban problems have become more prominent,transportation pressure in cities has increased,and the availability of ground space has declined The greening rate per capita is reduced,and the effective development and utilization of underground space is an effective way to solve the above problems.The pipe curtain construction method is often used in engineering because of its advantages of uninterrupted traffic,effective control of stratum deformation,safe and convenient construction,no need for pipeline relocation,and low environmental impact.In the construction of underground structures in cities,the requirements for settlement,environment,and transportation are more stringent,and the pipe curtain construction method can also meet the engineering requirements.Therefore,the application of this construction method has become a trend in shallow underground excavation projects in urban underground spaces.Based on the traditional pipe curtain construction method,this paper puts forward some new ideas for the structure and improves the traditional pipe curtain construction method.This improved new construction method is called pipe arch rib beam construction method.The design of the pipe arch rib beam construction method mainly considers that it is mostly used in urban shallow buried tunnels,so the ground settlement and structural stress caused by its construction have become the main research aspects.In this paper,by consulting a large number of relevant documents and collecting domestic and foreign construction cases,and researching and analyzing these cases,we have grasped the stress characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the traditional pipe curtain construction method,and at the same time proposed improvements for the shortcomings and formulated this paper Research route.This paper analyzes the force transmission path of the tube arch rib beam construction method,and uses the finite element software Flac 3D to simulate the construction method to explore the force form of the rib beam and the causes of the ground settlement,to provide a certain amount for subsequent practical application.For reference,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the collection and analysis of traditional pipe curtain construction methods and pipe arch technical data at home and abroad,the overall form of the pipe arch rib beam structure is determined,and the force analysis is carried out based on its structural form to study the force transmission path of the structure The mechanism,and analyze and discuss the construction method suitability,construction economy and structural advantages and disadvantages.(2)According to the width and height requirements of each part of the one-way traffic tunnel in the design specifications of highway tunnels,design and draw the tunnel structure clearance section,and at the same time lay out the structural sections in the design section,including steel pipe selection,adjacent steel pipes In terms of the net spacing,the selection of the locking mouth and the spacing of the rib beams,some improvement measures are proposed for the locking portion.In this paper,it is proposed to use one-way two-lane clearance section as a working condition for structural design and numerical calculation,and through the introduction of the method of a set of pipe arch rib beam structure.(3)In order to study how to reduce the surface settlement caused by the construction,this paper analyzes and discusses the settlement problem of the construction method of the pipe arch rib beam by changing four of the construction factors,namely the steel pipe diameter,the adjacent steel pipe net spacing,and the rib beam spacing And change the method of soil excavation inside the tunnel.Through the principle of single variable,numerical simulation calculations were carried out to study the relationship between each factor and the surface settlement value,and to provide some ideas for solving problems for future practical application.(4)Introduce the construction method of the pipe arch rib beam,including the early pipe jacking work and the later excavation of the soil inside the tunnel.As a product of the integration of the supporting structure,the waterproof problem is also a top priority.The structure is protected by two layers of waterproof system and drainage system.Establish a drainage system to block the inflow of external water bodies,and no water seepage will occur after the construction and after the construction is completed,ensuring the normal operation of the structure.This paper discusses the applicability analysis,overall design,construction and settlement control methods of the pipe arch rib beam construction method through the research of the above parts.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide some reference value for future practical application.
