With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway,the construction of tunnel projects is constantly advancing with the times.The new prefabricated assembly technology can not only improve the quality of the project,shorten the construction period,reduce costs,but also save energy and to protect the environment.It has effectively improved the operating environment.Increased industrialization.However,assembling equipment supporting the assembling prefabricated technology is not yet perfect.Most of the assembling equipment is used for the segments,precast overhead arches,segment linings,etc.of subway tunnel construction.The Beijing-Zhangzhou High-speed Railway Tsinghuayuan Tunnel is the first fully prefabricated tunnel in China.The prefabricated structure under the rail adopts a modern prefabricated box culvert structure.For this reason,China Railway Fifth Survey and Design Institute Group Co.,Ltd.have progress a type of side box-culvert lift device.This article studies the development of the side box culvert assembly machine to ensure the reliability of the equipment.First,according to the working requirements of the side box culvert assembling machine and the construction environment,the overall structure of the side box culvert assembling machine is designed,and the base load is calculated.Using SolidWorks 3D modeling software to model each structure of the side box-culvert assembly machine,design a tolerable assembly scheme.Then use ANSYS finite element analysis software to perform static analysis on the four dangerous working conditions of the side box-culvert assembly machine to obtain the most unfavorable working conditions,and perform strength check calculations on the most unfavorable working conditions to ensure the rationality of the structural design.Based on this,modal analysis and harmonious response analysis are performed on the frame and the main beam.The low-order natural frequency of the model is achieved by using ANSYS analysis.The causes of vibration are mainly caused by the starting,braking and lifting loads of the car.Therefore,the speed of starting,braking and lifting the trolley when carrying heavy loads should not be too fast to avoid noticeable impact effects,thereby reducing the large vibration amplitude caused by inertia loads.Finally,the ADAMS simulation software was used to rigidly and flexibly couple the main beam and legs of the side box-culvert assembly machine with the model,and the movement process of the trolley on the main beam was simulated to obtain the displacement,velocity and Acceleration tests the stability of the trolley on the main beam and the safety of the outriggers.
