Hot air heating,as a new type of heating method,is widely used in the heating of large construction industrial plants.It has the advantages of low thermal inertia,fast heating,simple equipment,and low investment.It is one of the more economical heating methods.However,how to find an optimal air supply scheme is not only a focus of the heating design of large industrial plants,but also the main content of the thesis research.In the heating of industrial plants,airflow organization is very important.Whether or not the temperature distribution in the work area can be guaranteed to meet the heating demand and minimize energy consumption depends on good airflow organization.The paper uses CFD technology as a means to carry out numerical simulation and analysis for the same high-rise industrial building,using three types of air supply methods: centralized air supply,heater air supply and top air supply.The simulation results were analyzed and compared with three evaluation indexes: vertical temperature gradient in space,total energy consumption(sum of heat supply and fan power consumption),and uniformity of airflow organization.The research results show that,on the premise that the temperature requirements of the working area are met,the order of the three air supply methods in ascending order of total energy consumption is: top air supply system,heater air supply system,and centralized air supply system;according to the temperature gradient,the order is: top air supply system,heater air supply system,and centralized air supply system;according to the uniformity of the airflow organization,the ranking order is: top air supply system,centralized air supply system,and heater air supply system.Based on the above-mentioned several evaluation indexes,it is determined that among the three hot air heating and air supply modes,the top air supply is the optimal air supply mode.The research results provide a valuable reference for the selection of hot air heating schemes for tall buildings and industrial plants.
