| In the drive system based on indirect matrix converter,especially the typical indirect matrix converter-induction motor speed control system(IMC-IM),the model predictive control method(Model Predictive Control,MPC)can be used to optimize a variety of performance indicators To ensure good grid power quality and dynamic and static performance of the motor.However,the system model is heavily depended on the MPC method,and the weighting factor is not easy to determine and adjust.In this regard,the influence of weighting factors and model parameters on the MPC method are deeply studied in this paper,and the corresponding improvement methods to improve the performance of the system are proposed.In the traditional MPC,the weighting factor is often set to a constant value as the only control parameter,which the needs of optimizing both the grid and the motor performance in the wide speed domain cannot be met.In this paper,a weighting factor self-tuning method based on fuzzy control theory is proposed.The different performance indicators and weighting factors are used respectively as the input and output of the fuzzy controller in this method,and a reasonable fuzzy rule algorithm is set so that weighting factor can be dynamically adjusted in real time according to load and speed requirements to achieve high-performance system operation in a wide speed domain under multiple operating conditions.Aiming at the problems of strong MPC parameter dependence and poor robustness,a model predictive control method based on self-tuning of model parameters is proposed,by performing self-tuning control on the inductance parameters of input LC filter of the IMC,the inductance parameters of the model are adjusted in real time to match with the actual inductance,thereby improving the system performance.Simulation and experimental results showed that the good motor speed regulation performance under different working conditions can be ensured by using the method of the weighting factor self-tuning,and at the same time,the performance of the grid can be improved,the grid current harmonic content was reduced by up to 23%.By using the proposed model parameter self-tuning model predictive control method,the model parameters can be changed in real time when the actual filter parameters change,the grid and output current harmonic content were reduced by about 10%.This proved that the performance of the grid and output of the IMC-IM system can be significantly improved by the method proposed in this paper,and the predictive control of the IMC-IM high-performance model can be achieved. |
