Large-scale cluster project refers to the project cluster which is composed of several construction projects and mainly consists of large-scale engineering projects with huge investment and worldwide influence.The main features are: 1)large amount of investment and high social influence;2)high engineering technical requirements and complex construction implementation;3)it involves a large number of related units and departments;4)concentrated and simultaneous construction of engineering projects with numerous project participants;5)there is much cross-work in construction projects.These characteristics lead to the special complexity of large cluster projects compared with other engineering projects.At present,researches on large cluster project management pay more attention to management mode,quality control,process optimization,resource allocation and qualitative analysis of management complexity.Few researches involve quantitative models of management complexity.However,this is a very prominent problem in large cluster project management.What are the influencing dimensions and factors that lead to the management complexity,how to quantitatively model the management complexity,how to change the complexity in the process of project implementation and other key aspects that affect the successful completion of large cluster project.Therefore,this paper studies the factors,dimensions,modeling methods and applications that affect the complexity of large cluster project management.Firstly,the current research status of management complexity is reviewed according to the definition of complexity,the influencing factors of management complexity and the measurement methods of management complexity.Second,his paper conceptualizes the complexity of large-scale cluster project management according to the process of definition,definition and interpretation,management essence model,complexity influencing factors,and complexity influencing comprehensive index,and puts forward the definition of cluster project management complexity.The frequency,complexity and influence degree of complexity influencing factors were obtained through questionnaire and scale.The results show that the type of manager has significant influence on the complexity of several management process components.Third,the work domain analysis is adopted to affect a large cluster of the complexity of the project management has carried on the analysis and modeling,and resource management complexity,process complexity can be divided into management complexity and complexity management information,and then puts forward the three dimension large cluster project management complexity concept model,finally using entropy measure to quantify management complexity three dimensions;Finally,based on the calculation value of complexity in chapter 4,this paper analyzes the source of complexity in the early stage of the project and puts forward three optimization measures.Based on the optimization measures,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are illustrated by comparing the project progress before and after optimization dThis study can provide a unified and quantifiable management standard for different responsibility systems of large cluster project management,synchronously coordinate the project implementation process,and provide reference for the overall control level of shenzhenqianhai municipal engineering project guarantee system.It can establish a standardized process management system for large-scale cluster project management,and provide scientific basis for improving the quality of process management of shenzhenqianhai municipal engineering project through quantifiable process indicators.It can provide a useful reference for the optimization allocation of large cluster project management resources.On the basis of the complexity index of resource allocation,the dynamic resource allocation method of shenzhenqianhai municipal engineering project can be constructed to reduce the risk of project management.It can quantitatively evaluate the dynamic complexity of large cluster project management process,and make adaptive adjustment to process supervision in real time,so as to provide support for improving the controllability of shenzhenqianhai municipal engineering project process management.
