Aircraft are now widely used in military and civilian fields.The flight management system,as one of the important components of the aircraft system,plays a vital role in the flight plan and flight safety of the aircraft.The fast,safe and efficient realization of the new model of the flight management system or the new version of the detection system is a vital part of the current scientific research field.This paper is based on the development and design of the flight management system detection system,starting from two aspects of design mode and fault diagnosis method.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of system requirements,aiming at the complex composition of the flight management system hardware and the cumbersome detection work,the Maintenance Built-in-Test(MBIT,also called maintenance BIT)method is adopted.At the same time,the design method of the layered sub-system is used to realize the detection system of the flight management system.The sub-system composition of the flight management system is described,and the specific functions and composition of each sub-system are described in detail.Summarize the types of failures that may occur in the flying tube system,and analyze the characteristics of the failures,and carry out the overall design of the flying tube MBIT system.The overall design and module division of flight control MBIT system are carried out.(2)Aiming at the problem of reconfigurable detection design of flight management MBIT system,research and analyze 23 commonly used design patterns,and design a general process for selecting design patterns.According to the designed process,select the design pattern,Builder Pattern,mainly used in this article,and combined with the characteristics of the flight management system to improve it.Analyze and sort out other design patterns that will be used.(3)For the fault isolation of complex systems,research and analyze the applicable scenarios,advantages and limitations of the isolation methods commonly used in system fault isolation.Analyze the three main issues that the flight management MBIT system focuses on,and propose the fault isolation method,based on Symbolic Directed Graph,used in this paper.Carry out related research on its modeling methods.To ensure the transitive analysis of system layered and sub-system failures,provide suggestions for improvement of the fault isolation method.Design the corresponding isolation algorithm.The method proposed in this paper has been verified by simulation and measured data.The results show that these methods can effectively solve the problems in the flight management MBIT system,and realize the rapid development of system reconfiguration and system fault diagnosis.
