With the development of science and technology,the high-energy and high-speed launch concept and device of electromagnetic launch has been put forward.In the process of the electromagnetic launch device from test to practical application,one of the key problems is the reasonable armature design,whether the armature structure is reasonable or not,and the selection of matching properties with the orbit directly affect the efficiency of armature launch,that is,the utilization rate of effective energy.In this paper,numerical simulation technology combined with test method is used to study.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,the background and significance of armature research and the research status at home and abroad are expounded.In the current research,the theoretical research and simulation analysis of armature are mainly carried out.Secondly,the circuit mathematical model,armature dynamic model and contact thermal load mathematical model of impulse discharge in the process of armature movement are established,and the system simulation model of enhanced electromagnetic track launcher is established by MATLAB/ Simulink software.The simulation results are compared with the test results to verify the effectiveness,and the influence of interference on armature movement speed at the initial position is analyzed Influence on contact resistance.Thirdly,this paper uses the workbench software to establish a finite element model of electromagnetic and structural unidirectional coupling.Through numerical simulation of the armature under multiple currents,the electromagnetic force and friction force of the armature can be obtained,and the armature under different currents can be calculated.The resultant force is obtained;the fitting equation of the resultant force and the current received by the armature is obtained,and the effective energy consumed by the entire armature is calculated based on this condition.A parameterized model of the armature was established.By changing the single-factor dimensional parameters of the armature,the law of influence on the electromagnetic force,friction force,resultant force and effective energy consumed by the armature was obtained.Finally,the orthogonal test design was used to determine the test indexes,factors and levels,and the SPSSAU software was used to perform the orthogonal test.By analyzing the test results,the major and minor order of the armature's main dimensional parameters affecting the simulation results were determined,Multifactor level optimization combined results of size parameters.
