Study On Safety Management Of Subway Construction Near Miss Based On Accident Cause Theory

Accidents occur frequently in the process of subway construction.Strengthening the management of dangerous warning events in subway construction can reduce the occurrence of safety accidents from the source.This article obtains from the subway construction accident cases,summarizing the cause factors,and introducing the cause of factor into the evil omen events cause the construction stages in the process of building model,analysis the root cause of evil omen,and put forward countenneasures,in order to reduce the subway construction safety accidents and improve the level of the subway construction safety management.Firstly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of subway construction safety management,defines the dangerous mega events in subway construction,defines the dangerous mega events in subway construction and relevant concepts,and analyzes the relationship between accidents and dangerous mega events.Based on the causal chain theory of accidents,Swiss cheese model and "4M" theory,the cause-induced chain of subway construction hazardous events was constructed,and it was found that the unsafe factors of people,things,environment and management were the important reasons for the occurrence of hazardous events.Secondly,using the grounded theory,with the help of Nvivoll software,the paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of subway construction hazard events in accordance with the procedures of open coding,principal axis coding and selective coding based on the grounded theory.According to the causative relationship among various factors,the causative relationship model of hazardous events in subway construction was obtained,and the structural model of explaining the causative factors of hazardous events in subway construction was constructed.The direct causes were found to be unsafe human behavior,poor production site environment,equipment and facilities failure and unsafe state of materials.The root cause is the management factors of production safety inspection and supervision not in place,production safety education and training not in place,production safety responsibility system not implemented,production safety technical measures preparation and safety technical disclosure not perfect.Finally,according to the root causes of dangerous hazard events in the subway construction stage,putting forward the safety management scheme of dangerous hazard events in the subway construction stage is designed.By means of example application,controlling the root cause of dangerous events can reduce the occurrence of dangerous events from the source.The research of this paper is helpful to change the traditional "problem starting" management mode into "problem finding" management mode,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value for reducing the incidence of subway construction safety accidents and improving the level of subway construction safety management.
