As a concentrated carrier of public spaces in cities,urban parks often play a very important role in the regulation of rain and flood in cities.Mountain cities often face greater pressures for flooding than plain cities.Mountain parks play a more important role in the flood discharge and storage of mountain cities.Therefore,from the perspective of water sensitivity,mountain parks are adapted to local conditions.Rain-collecting landscape planning and design is very important for alleviating urban rain and flood pressure.Based on the proposal of "Water Sensitive Park",this paper first analyzes the research background and related concepts,combs the research purpose and significance of the planning and design of rain-collecting mountain parks under water sensitivity evaluation,and clarifies the water sensitivity The landscape planning and design incorporates the research content of the raincollecting mountain park planning and design,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and determines the research method and corresponding technical route based on this.Secondly,by studying the related concepts of rain-collecting mountain parks,analyzing their basic functional characteristics,and clarifying their basic functions,the construction process of rain-collecting mountain parks at home and abroad was combed;from the perspective of water sensitivity,the relevant theories of water sensitivity were combed And its application in the planning and design of parks at home and abroad,and summarizes the technical approaches of park planning and design from the perspective of water sensitivity.Based on the previous research results and literature review,using quantitative analysis and model simulation to combine research methods with functional problems as the guidance,a planning and design path method for mountain park planning and design from the perspective of water sensitivity is proposed.Driven by the background of water-sensitive urban design,the thesis selects Puning Mountain Park of Chengde City for empirical research,provides reference and experience for the early planning and design of mountain parks and maintenance management in the later period from the perspective of water sensitivity,and provides a landscape for mountain cities.Garden green space layout and management decisions provide theoretical and practical scientific support.
