The nose landing gear system of the aircraft is one of the important aircraft systems.It plays an important role in the steering,taxiing,take-off,landing,and support of the aircraft,and includes three subsystems: the nose landing gear extension and retraction system,the emergency release system,and the nose-wheel steering system.At the same time,it also has a relatively high accident rate.Therefore,during the design and manufacturing process,it is necessary to perform functional simulation of its normal state and fault state operation process to determine whether the system and related control systems can achieve appropriate aviation requirements.Therefore,the simulation analysis of the system has a great significance to the stable operation of the aircraft,system design,and manufacturing of nose landing gear.A certain type of aircraft is taken as the research object,and uses LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim to systematically model its the nose landing gear extension and retraction system and pinion and rack steering system.In order to be able to more realistically reflect the working performance of the system,first of all,comprehensive factors such as mechanics,hydraulics,machinery,and electricity are added to the model for simulation analysis,and the key parameters output by the model were compared and verified with the actual data in the aircraft manual.Then on this basis,the landing gear retractable subsystem and the turning subsystem are functionally simulated,and at the same time,the electrical signals such as sensor signals and control unit signals in the system are simulated during normal operation.Finally,according to the common influencing factors in the manual and the operation of the aircraft,using AMESim's batch processing function,the single and composite influencing factors are injected into the landing gear extension and retraction system and nose-wheel steering system and function simulations are performed.By simulating the change trend of the actual electrical signals when the influencing factors are acting,the relationship between the electrical signals and the influencing factors and the cause of the failure are analyzed.By analyzing the change trend of the electrical signals in the system under different influencing factors,a simulation model of the electrical signals of the noes landing gear system can be obtained,which can simulate the normal extending and retracting and steering operation of the nose landing gear without any physical conditions.It is of great significance to the system verification in the relevant system design stage in the future and it is also of great significance to the debugging of the landing gear in the manufacturing process.
