| The south-to-north water diversion project is a major water resource allocation project that benefits the country and the people.After the construction of the reservoir,because the birds like to live near the water source,and as people ’s awareness of environmental protection and animal protection has increased,a nature reserve has been established to make birds The number is gradually increasing.The increase in the number of birds has created a new problem,that is,a large number of birds go to the channel to build a nest in the maintenance gate.The colony of birds not only pollutes the environment in the maintenance gate,but also affects the normal operation of the machine.The bird droppings in the water also caused serious pollution to the water environment and disturbed the normal construction of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Therefore,a self-folding bird-proof system for channel maintenance gates is designed to prevent and control birds.Based on the relevant literature and on-site inspection methods,combined with the local conditions of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Line project,a self-folding bird-proof system suitable for the special environment of the channel maintenance gate room is designed.The main research includes the following:According to the local environment and field survey data,the overall plan of the self-folding bird-proof system is determined.The 3D modeling software is used to design the tile motion mechanism and the folding mechanism,and the design selection materials are determined during the design process.After the structural scheme is designed,the structure is optimized,and the two schemes are compared,and the two schemes are screened by simulation.Workbench,a finite element analysis software,was used to analyze the frame structure and two folding mechanisms for vibration analysis,and an 8th order natural frequency table was obtained.The optimized scheme using transient dynamic analysis using Workbench is more stable and reliable than the original design scheme.The ADAMS software was used to simulate the movement of the three-dimensional model,and the displacement image data of key structures such as the folding platform lifting platform and the orbital changing plate were analyzed.The simulation conclusion that the minimum folding angle of the folding space is 0 is obtained to ensure that the bird-proof net can be stored vertically in the folding space,which reduces the waste of space and materials. |
