At present,there are many internal circulation businesses of fixed assets in power enterprises.One business involves the examination and approval of multiple departments and personnel,and the process is complicated.The applicants often do not understand the current state of a business process,so that the processing of some businesses is delayed and inefficient.In order to deal with the reform of electric power system and adapt to the lean development trend of electric power industry,the fixed assets management mode of electric power enterprises needs lean management,and it is urgent to improve the information level of enterprise assets management.At present,the enterprise system tends to the management of basic data and lacks comprehensive data sharing and office platform.In order to improve the competitiveness of power enterprises,based on the existing power enterprise business process approval management allows,through the process management and control,complete the power enterprise business process approval and comprehensive management,and realized the full life cycle management of fixed assets.Paper first analyses some electric power enterprise business scope involved in the internal circulation of fixed assets and business process,completed the system function analysis,system function includes daily for examination and approval of business information management,daily business management,flow and voucher query and internal announcement communication,combined with the operation requirements of enterprises,and then the non functional requirements of the system include system performance 、 stability 、 security Interface 、 upgrade and design specification are described.After defining the performance and environmental requirements of the system,the feasibility analysis of the technical and economic of the project is carried out,and the analysis results show that the system is feasible.After the analysis of the system requirements,the system design phase is started.Paper designs the architecture and physical structure of the system,and then designs the four core function modules of the system in detail by selecting typical functions.Then the database design is achieved.In the logic design,the name,type,meaning and notes of the design field are set.In thefinal design stage,in order to realize the process control of business application and approval of fixed assets in power enterprises,the business internal process control of activiti is introduced to realize the management of the internal flow node status of fixed assets in power enterprises.The control and management of the asset flow node is designed by the state management engine of activiti.Java EE framework and Java language are mainly used,and SQL server is selected as the database to realize the typical functions of the system module.After the completion of the system module,the function and performance of the system are tested respectively.The test results verify that the system functions meet the requirements of the internal circulation of fixed assets of a power company.The system is stable and reliable,and has been put into use in various business departments of a power company,with good results.
