Steel structure workshops have gradually become the mainstream factory structure due to their low weight,high strength,fast construction,solid and practical,energy saving and environmental protection.However,the roof surface of steel structure workshops is caused by long-term erosion by dust and rain,and accumulation of rust residue.The hidden dangers to production safety are like hanging swords overhead.At present,cleaning and maintenance operations are basically manual cleaning,but there are problems such as extremely high risk factors for workers working at high altitudes,low cleaning efficiency,harsh working conditions,and high construction costs.To this end,this article designs and develops an autonomous mobile roof cleaning device.First,the overall structure of a complete set of cleaning automation devices was designed.Based on the in-depth study of the functional requirements of the automatic cleaning operation,the overall scheme design of the system was carried out.The plan focuses on analyzing and solving six key problems in the roof cleaning automation device: 1.Independent power source and follow-up problems;2.The impact of vibration on the overall equipment when the device works 3.The device has a problem of parking stability under inclined working conditions.4.Absorption and collection of dust,rust and other impurities,5.Matching speed of the device back and forth.6.Obstacle avoidance and fall prevention.Secondly,the key components in the overall scheme of the automation device were designed and optimized separately.1.Designed a self-rotating shock-absorbing cleaning wheel box,which solved the problem of cleaning work efficiency and working vibration on the overall equipment;2.Designed a push rod brake wheel structure,which solves the problem of the equipment at a certain angle of bevel.The problem of parking stability;3.A detachable suction box was designed to solve the problem of suction and storage of impurities such as dust and rust generated during cleaning.4.Subsequently,the control scheme was researched,and the program was designed by a controllable programmer.The matching speed of the cleaning operation with the forward and backward movement of the equipment was researched,and the optimization of the equipment moving speed and the cleaning speed was realized.The design of equipment obstacle avoidance and anti-falling is designed.6.By studying the Hall principle and adopting the Hall control motor,the precise control of the movement speed is realized.Finally,this article conducted experiments on the cleaning effect and the suction effect.The experiments show that: by studying the power parameters of the exhaust fan,the parameter relationship between the length of the duct and the area of the suction port,the suction effect is rationalized;through the cleaning effect experiment,the movement speed and the cleaning operation speed reach the ideal requirements;the conclusion is: the movement speed,The power relationship between the suction effect and the cleaning effect basically optimizes the power distribution strategy of the equipment.The design of the key component structure has been approved by 5 national utility model patents.
