In space,the solar wing is usually equipped in the spacecraft as the main energy source.Owing to its large span,small stiffness,low rigidity and flexibility and so on,low frequency of the solar wing is vulnerable to be excited by moment gyro or thruster in the process of attitude control.As the vibration lasts for a long time,if not controlled there will be severe consequences.Therefore,it is of great significance to study shape perception and active control of large flexible structures such as solar wing and membrane antenna,etc.1.In this paper,the flexible hinged plate is selected as the research object,then binocular vision cameras,piezoelectric ceramic sensor and laser displacement sensor are utilized as detection devices.Based on Hamilton principle,the dynamic equation of flexible hinged plate is deduced and assembled.Then the finite element model of the flexible plate is carried out in MATLAB and the model can be used for the simulation of vibration control subsequently.2.In order to perceive the vibration shape of the flexible plate in real-time,the least square curve fitting method can be adopted to figure out the curve fitting model based on the 3D coordinates of mark points.Afterwards,the Open GL graphics library function is called to render the curve fitting model and the visualization of the vibration shape.3.In order to suppress the vibration of the flexible hinged plate effectively,the control algorithm and the configuration of actuators are taken into consideration.Then the iterative learning controller is designed to study the active control of the flexible hinged plate.Besides,a method of PZT configuration and combined output is proposed and applied to study the active control.4.This paper focuses on the shape reconstruction and active control of the flexible hinged plate.Therefore,two sets of experimental platform for vibration measuring and controlling are built.Then in VS environment,C++ language is used to write down the program of active controlling as well as the program of shape reconstruction.Finally,3 series of experiments are carried out based on the experiment platforms.The experimental result of shape reconstruction shows that the visualization method based on curve fitting is feasible.Under Open GL rendering,the vibration form of the flexible hinged plate can be visually displayed.After analyzing,it is found that the offset has an effect on both the deflection angle and torsional degree of the flexible hinged plate,while the stiffness of the spring hinge has an effect on the deflection angle only.The experimental result of active controlling shows that both the PD controller and the iterative learning controller can restrain the bending vibration of the flexible hinged plate,besides the iterative learning controller is obviously better than the PD controller.The experimental result of combined output control shows that the combined output can effectively restrain the flexible hinged plate under the first-order bending mode,second-order bending mode,the first-order torsional mode and the coupling mode.It is proved that the proposed method of ectopic configuration and combined output is feasible.
