Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)based Object Detection is one of the most important topics in the field of computer vision in recent years,which has high academic significance and application value.With the popularity of UAV in various fields such as industry,agriculture,security and common life,the demand of visual analysis on UAV captured data is increasing significantly.The current UAV object detection solution is mainly migrating Deep Learning based general target detection methods to UAV scenes.However,due to the challenging characteristics of UAV scenes,the existing methods cannot give satisfactory results in terms of accuracy and speed.In this paper,the data characteristics of the UAV captured scenes are deeply analyzed.Starting from the perspective relationship between the scene layout and the target,the UAV object detection is studied.Main work of this paper is as following.1)A perspective relation modeling method for UAV scenes is proposed.This paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of existing UAV object detection algorithms and points out that the main challenge of UAV object detection is the complexity of scale diversity.In addition,according to various situations in real application,this paper proposes perspective modeling methods through sensor conversion,dataset generation and network estimation.2)Proposed the UAV target detection framework based on perspective model.Based on the scale pre-estimation results given by perspective model,this paper improves the existing object detection methods in two aspects: 1.For the classical region-based method,propose a guiding anchor setting strategy and region feature selection process;2.For the cropping methods which performs well in UAV object detection tasks,propose an guide intelligent cropping method based on perspective guiding.Experimental results show that the proposed detection framework has significantly better accuracy and speed balance in UAV scenes.The meaning of this paper is that it gives a better solution in UAV object detection task,and at the same time it shows the positive effect of modeling and analysis of scene perspective relation on object detection task.
