Research On Shear Behavior And Damage Performance Of Prefabricated Wall Panel With Concealed Brace

Fabricated construction has been vigorously developing in our country.So as to develop the construction industrialization.As a common fabricated structure,steel frame always work with prefabricated wall panel,so a multilevel lateral force resistance system could be formed.Traditional anti-lateral wall panels concentrate either on mechanical performance or Convenience.So this article invent a wall panel with concealed brace.The main purpose of this paper is to study the mechanical properties of this new wall by pseudo-static loading test and finite element simulation.The main research works are as follows:(1)Reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper summarizes the research on common concret wall panel,precast concrete wall panels and ceramsite concrete wall panels,the main research parameters of wall panel with concealed brace are determined: shear-span ratio,thick Ness of wall,strength of Concrete,Type of steel brace.Relevant design of the specimen manufacture and the pseudo-static loading test process is carried out.(2)the horizontal pseudo-static testing of five wall panel with concealed brace.is carried out.The test results are comprehensively analyzed,including the failure mode of each specimen,hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,ductility,strength and stiffness degradation,energy dissipation capacity.(3)Finite element modeling based on the size of experiment was carried out and Checked,On this basis,furtherparametric analysis of the structure is carried out.Quantitative analysis of mechanism of each part in the wallboard is analysed.Then the influence of concrete strength,brace angle of wall and constructional reinforcement is evaluated(4)Based on the damage characteristics of prefabricated wall panel with concealed brace,three damage performance models were used to analyze the damage development of wall.The damage index of wall board corresponding to each stress state is calculated,and the damage discrimination index is put forward.
