In the case of shortage of housing resources in large cities and highly intensive land use,gallery apartments have better flexibility and publicity than conventional unit-type houses.From the perspective of land-saving and energy-saving,it is also more conducive to the construction of the High-quality,high-level small and medium-sized houses for low-income people.Small-scale housing has become a new choice for temporary settlement or settlement of migrants.House prices and rents are also relatively low.It is also a preferred type of housing in the urban talent battle.It is a unit.The reasonable and necessary supplement of the house is also an advantage.The article takes the corridor space of southern gallery apartments as the research object.The corridor space is not an independent part in the house,but is one of the important parts in the residential operation system that is closely connected with the external environment,living units and other internal public spaces.From the inside of the house,the corridor space and living units are only There is a wall,which is the front space of each door in the vertical living mode.From the exterior of the house,the corridor is not only an intermediate medium for the connection between the living space and the external environment of the building,but also occupies half of the building facade.The image and character of the house,so the design study of the corridor space must not be separated from these related factors.The article proposes targeted design strategies for the corridor space from three levels: design strategies such as the volume and scale of the external environment,layout and landscape,and near-ground processing,and the form of the corridor space,the front space,and related design strategies such as unit layout,as well as design strategies such as subordinate structures,greening settings,and improved line of sight.Firstly,conduct field surveys on the corridor space of the southern gallery apartments in domestic cities.Select seven outer porch-style houses in two southern cities,Shenzhen and Xiamen,as the main research objects.Observe and summarize the characteristics and shortcomings of the current status of the corridor space.Secondly,based on the shortcomings of the current status of the corridor space,combined with the theoretical basis of a large number of previous literature readings and domestic and foreign case collections,specific design and improvement strategies are proposed from various levels for the current situation,and combined with representative cases The interpretation,analysis,and induction of the comprehensive use of design strategies in specific cases from the external environment level and the internal space level.The purpose of this article is to provide a set of multi-faceted corridor space design strategies as a reference for architects when designing gallery apartments.To promote the effectiveness and added value of corridor space design,improve the overall living quality of the gallery apartments,and creating a harmonious and livable living environment.
