Through the research on the safety of many in-service large-span industrial network frames,it is found that the industrial network frames belong to the statically indeterminate structure for many times.In this paper,two aspects are studied through specific cases.On the one hand,the damage detection method combining static analysis and dynamic analysis is adopted to detect the damage of the industrial grid frame in service,so as to determine its damage location and damage degree,so as to provide a safety early warning mechanism for the in-service buildings.The second aspect of the research is to combine the current popular BIM technology to carry out the construction simulation of the large-span industrial grid,so as to realize the integration of the design and construction of the grid.Using large-scale finite element software SAP2000 model is established in service industry,by static analysis to determine the most unfavorable load combinations of the rack,and then USES the natural frequency and modal curvature difference of two kinds of dynamic damage detection method for spatial shall only large area of damage and damage of different damage conditions,such as testing,and the results were analyzed.It is found that the natural frequency of the frame can detect whether the structure is damaged or not,but the detection effect of the damage position is not ideal.The curvature mode difference is used as the damage index to locate the damage of the industrial grid with high accuracy.The Revit software in BIM tool is used to realize the network frame modeling process by directly creating the member family and node family,which avoids the tedious drawing of 2d CAD.At the same time through Revit and Navisworks data connection window,to achieve the model import.Using Timeliner,Animator and other tools in Navisworks to simulate the 4D construction of the industrial grid,it provides engineers with an overall control of the construction schedule and construction deployment,and a correct way of thinking for the actual construction process of the project.
