With the enhancement of the awareness of environmental protection,and the promotion of clean energy heating by the state,the heating industry has started to conduct in-depth research on electric heating technology in combination with the objective requirements of current electricity peak and valley cutting and local consumption of wind power.The solid-state regenerative electric heating unit adopts the electric heat storage technology,which has the characteristics of high heat storage temperature,small land area,high heat storage efficiency and stable heating parameters,etc.It has become a relatively popular heating source at present and has been popularized and developed.However,due to the short development time,the country has not yet issued the corresponding testing standards and application specifications,resulting in some problems in the use of equipment and technology.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the performance evaluation of solid regenerative electric heater.Based on the analysis of the operation status and existing problems of the heating system of the electric heating unit,combined with the actual project,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the combined weighting method is constructed,and three first-class evaluation indexes of heat storage capacity,heat release capacity and unit efficiency are set up,and eight second-class indexes of heat storage temperature uniformity and heat storage completion are set up.Taking a boiler room equipment in Zhangjiakou as the evaluation object,the analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method and coefficient of variation method are combined through combination weighting to obtain a more reasonable weight value,which is applied to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the performance evaluation grade of the boiler room equipment,and puts forward targeted optimization suggestions.In order to improve the accuracy of data acquisition and facilitate the study of unit performance optimization scheme,a performance test platform architecture of solid regenerative electric heating unit is proposed.It can be seen from the weight calculation results that the unit efficiency is more important in the first level index,followed by the heat release capacity,and the importance of the heat storage capacity is the least.In the secondary index,the importance of thermal efficiency is the largest,the uniformity of heat release temperature,the ratio of output thermal power and the efficiency of heat exchanger are slightly less,and the uniformity of heat storage temperature,the completion of heat storage,the ratio of heat storage and the completion of heat release are relatively low.According to the evaluation results of the boiler room equipment,the heat release capacity of the unit is good,the unit efficiency is excellent,and the heat storage capacity is qualified,so the performance of heat storage should be optimized.Through the design,the electric heating unit test platform is built,which provides experimental and data support for the follow-up research.
