The permanent magnet synchronous motor in the lithium battery pole piece production line has problems such as slow speed response speed,weak resistance to external interference and large torque ripple during the driving process,resulting in low accuracy of the battery pole piece,poor thickness consistency,and unattainable product requirement.To this end,this paper takes the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)in the lithium battery pole piece production line as the research object,and proposes to improve the performance of the AC speed regulation system of the lithium battery pole piece production line from the aspects of improving the system control strategy and selecting high-performance hardware.First of all,this article expounds the background,significance and current situation and development trend of various aspects of the AC speed regulation system,and analyzes the specific control requirements of the speed regulation system of the lithium battery plate production line.On this basis,the structure and working principle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the mathematical model based on the principle of coordinate transformation are analyzed in detail.After comparison,the vector control strategy with id = 0 as the main field weakening control is established,and combined with the space voltage vector pulse width modulation technology to build a double closed-loop vector control system for speed and current.Secondly,the research on the speed loop controller is carried out,the shortcomings of the traditional PID controller originally used in the project are analyzed,and the fuzzy PID controller is designed in combination with the fuzzy control principle.On this basis,an adaptive adjustment mechanism is introduced to adjust the scale factor of the fuzzy controller online,and an adaptive fuzzy PID controller is proposed.In the MATLAB / SIMULINK simulation software,a PMSM speed control system simulation model based on a lithium battery pole piece production line was built,and three speed controllerswere used to simulate the speed loop.The comparison showed that the adaptive fuzzy PID control has a fast response speed,small torque ripple,and Lu Strong.Finally,the hardware of the system uses TMS320F28335 as the core control chip to design the main circuit and control circuit of the system.The main circuit is divided into rectification and inverter circuits,protection and absorption circuits;the control circuit is divided into DSP28335 minimum system sub-circuits,ADC sampling and conditioning circuit,isolation and drive circuit and CAN communication circuit.The software program is written and online debugged with CCS6.2,and the design of the main program,interrupt program,adaptive fuzzy PID program,SVPWM generation program,key press and communication program is completed.And based on hardware and software to design and build an experimental platform,lay a solid foundation for the subsequent debugging and operation of the entire system.
