High speed permanent magnet synchronous motor(HSPMSM)not only has the advantages of high efficiency,fast dynamic response,high power density,but also can directly drive high-speed load.HSPMSM omits the gear box and other speed increasing devices used in traditional high-speed applications,fundamentally solves a series of problems such as low system level efficiency,grease pollution,large floor area,large noise and vibration,and responds to the call and planning of national energy conservation and emission reduction.However,there are many problems in the installation and use of mechanical sensors due to the structural design constraints of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor,so it is particularly important to carry out the research on the sensorless control technology of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor.In this paper,the model reference adaptive system(MRAS)based sensorless vector control technology of high-speed PMSM is studied.The main contents are as follows:According to the characteristics of HSPMSM,on the basis of selecting the vector control strategy of_di(28)0,aiming at the complex calculation problems caused by the conversion of voltage coordinates and trigonometric function operation in the implementation process of traditional space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM),the implementation process of SVPWM technology is simplified.Combined with the mathematical model of HSPMSM in the corresponding reference coordinate system and the simplified SVPWM,the simulation model of HSPMSM vector control system based on MATLAB/Simulink software is built.Through the comparative analysis of simulation,the effectiveness of the simplified algorithm and the correctness of the simulation model are verified.In view of the wide speed regulation range of HSPMSM,the adaptive law parameters of fixed Proportional Integral(PI)in the traditional MRAS algorithm cannot meet the system control performance requirements well.In this paper,fuzzy control law is used to replace the traditional PI adaptive law,an improved adaptive law combining fuzzy control technology with MRAS is proposed,and a sensorless vector control system based on fuzzy MRAS adaptive law HSPMSM is built.The simulation of different working conditions of HSPMSM under MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment is realized.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the improved fuzzy adaptive law.The MRAS Speed Estimation Model Based on stator current is easy to be affected by the change of motor stator resistance.In order to reduce the calculation amount of speed estimation,an improved MRAS Speed Estimation Method Based on reactive power model is proposed to eliminate the influence of stator resistance on speed estimation model.Compared with the MRAS Speed Estimation Method Based on stator current,the HSPMSM vector control system model based on reactive power MRAS is built.The simulation results under different working conditions verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.Finally,based on the high-performance motor control chip TMS320F28335,an experimental platform for high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors was built,and the HSPMSM were designed to control related hardware circuits.Program design and code debugging were performed under the CCS6.0software environment,and Experimental study on HSPMSM sensorless vector control speed regulation.
