China's civil aviation transportation industry is currently at a high-speed development stage,but sometimes it encounters uncontrollable factors such as typhoons,heavy rain and other extreme weather that cause the airport to fail to operate normally.This not only causes economic loss but also damages the image of the airline in society.Therefore,in order to allow the airport to quickly resume normal operations after extreme weather,the issue of flight restoration was raised.This article first analyzes the impact of abnormal flights on airlines,and draws on the management experience and research results of existing domestic and foreign existing flight restoration.Based on this,considering the small size of our fleet,I add aircraft-route restriction information to the resource assignment model and propose a flight recovery model with the minimum total cost as the objective function.In order to maximize the economic benefits,an improved greedy randomized adaptive search procedure is used to solve the flight recovery model,and a case study is performed based on real data.The results show that it is more advantageous than original greedy randomized adaptive search procedure on the economic cost and recovery time.Combining the above flight recovery model and improved flight recovery algorithm,based on the B / S schema and software engineering development methods,I built a flight recovery system.In addition to the flight recovery function,the system also has the functions of flight information query and flight statistics,and it can visually display flight information in the form of charts.
