Abstract/Summary:
Because of its good mechanical properties of low stiffness,the thick laminated rubber bearing has a broad application prospect in the field of vibration isolation design for environmental vibration.But it is not widely used in construction engineering at present.The reason is that the grasp of its mechanical properties is not clear enough,and there is no fully mature design method.Because of its low rigidity and high flexibility,the bearing is prone to buckling under the action of high bearing capacity.Previous studies have shown that: The mechanical properties of thick laminated rubber bearings can not completely follow the traditional design formula,which restricts its application in practical engineering.Aiming at the above problems,this paper studies the basic mechanical properties of thick laminated rubber isolation bearings.The rules of the vertical stiffness parameters of the new post laminated rubber bearing are summarized,and the design of the bearing for buckling proof low frequency isolation is proposed.The research work includes:1.Based on actual engineering projects,the refined numerical simulation of the rearlaminated rubber isolation support uses the Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model and the ideal elastoplastic constitutive model.Then the bearing test is carried out,and the accuracy of the numerical model is verified by the test data.The mechanical properties of thick laminated rubber bearing are given by optimizing the parameters of the bearing by numerical simulation.2.Comprehensive comparison theoretical formula,experimental analysis and numerical simulation.The analysis shows that there is a big error in the theoretical formula of vertical stiffness of thick laminated isolation bearing.Based on the change of thickness and number of layers of rubber,the theoretical correction formula of vertical stiffness of thick laminated isolation bearing is put forward.Moreover,the range of correction coefficient is proposed,which provides reference for engineering design.3.Analysis of the factors influencing the buckling capacity of thick laminated rubber bearings.Including rubber single layer thickness,steel plate thickness,rubber shear modulus,etc.Analysis of the influence of horizontal buckling displacement and load Comparing the buckling displacement FEM with the national standard,it is found that the latter is relatively conservative.4.Two kinds of new bearings are designed and developed,aiming at the buckling characteristics of thick laminated rubber bearings.They are: a kind of anti buckling thick laminated rubber bearing and a kind of nested multifunctional rubber bearing.The isolation bearing can realize the function of low-frequency vibration isolation and further improve the bearing and deformation stability.
