Abstract/Summary:
With the advancement of China’s urbanization process,urban complexes,as a large-scale power load group that integrates multiple formats,have many characteristics such as terminal energy consumption loads and high power supply reliability requirements.Under the interactive background,it also brings more challenges to the energy management strategy and corresponding load control methods of this large-scale intelligent building.The micro integrated energy system contains a variety of distributed energy and energy storage equipment,which can not only help the renewable energy to increase the consumption ratio,but also better respond to load fluctuations and short-term power outages,significantly reducing the dispatch and management of the power system Difficulty,with very good economy and practicability,fits well with the urban complex.This paper focuses on the energy management and control strategy of the urban complex with combined heat and power generation units,and constructs a micro integrated energy system including photovoltaic units,gas turbines,electrical energy storage,thermal energy storage,and controllable load.The models were analyzed separately,so that with the lowest annual cost as the objective function,a comprehensive energy equipment capacity optimization configuration model and an energy management control strategy based on user comfort were proposed.It can be seen from the analysis of the calculation examples of a certain urban complex that although the investment cost,gas purchase cost,operation and maintenance cost of the system have increased,the cost of electricity purchase and environmental cost have decreased.Therefore,the total annual cost is less than the controllable load and the optical storage system does not participate Dispatching has been reduced by 5.471 million yuan.In addition,under various typical days,the city complex’s pre-and post-dispatch cost reduction rate is up to 6.37%,and the peak-valley difference rate reduction rate is up to 16.93%,and under demand-side management,controllable load participation in scheduling can also obtain certain Economic compensation,in which the electric vehicle load can be shifted to participate in the dispatch of 6808.08kW within one day,and an economic compensation of 544.65 yuan can be obtained.At the same time,when the light intensity is extremely low and there is a short-term power outage,this energy management control strategy can effectively relieve power supply pressure and ensure load power consumption.
