Faced with the fossil energy crisis and environmental pollution brought about by the vigorous development of global industrialization,wind energy has developed rapidly in the reform of the global energy structure,but wind turbines have been operating in alternating operating conditions and harsh environments for a long time.The generation of wind turbines has passed the warranty period,and the scale of the wind power operation and maintenance market is also rapidly expanding.The impeller system is a high-risk area.If early failures are not eliminated in time,it will cause more serious secondary failures.However,because the impeller itself is located at high altitude,it is difficult to conduct detailed troubleshooting.At the same time,traditional fault signal collection methods exist Due to the limitations of high cost,low precision,and difficult installation and reconstruction,it is urgent to propose a convenient.reliable,and non-invasive method to analyze the fault.Thereby improving the early fault monitoring capability of the fan,effectively extending the life of the fan and reducing the cost of power generation.First of all,the working principle and characteristics of each system of the wind turbine are analyzed.On this basis,combined with the respective advantages of the GH Bladed and MATLAB\Simulink simulation platform,a 2MW doubly-fed wind turbine united system simulation model is established.The impeller system optimization model is emphasized.The complex relationship between the abnormal vibration and the aerodynamic changes of the blade and the aerodynamic force of the impeller under the fault condition is considered,and the multi-directional turbulence disturbance factor,tower shadow effect and wind shear effect are considered in the wind speed modeling,which improves the simulation effect of the model.Then,the mechanism analysis of the common faults in the impeller system is carried out,and the relationship between the impeller system fault and the electrical signals such as generator stator,rotor current and power is deduced.It is proved that the characteristics of the electrical signal can be used as the basis for the impeller system fault identification Based on the built fan model,fault simulation and fault electrical characteristics analysis arc carried out.In fault simulation,a slicing method fault simulation method considering blade stiffness factors is proposed to improve the identification of each fault in the impeller system.Finally,to solve the problem that the nonlinearity,non-stationarity and coupling of impeller fault signals make it difficult to extract the fault characteristic frequency under strong background noise,a correlation analysis based on Hilbert transform and variational mode decomposition is proposed The electrical signal feature extraction method(CA-VMD)of the fan impeller system fault extracts the fault feature frequency in the electrical signal by decomposing,selecting,and reconstructing the original signal,and improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the original signal.In this process,in order to improve the quality of the reconstructed signal,an adaptive VMD decomposition optimal K parameter selection method(AII-K)based on the instantaneous frequency derivative change is proposed.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the fault characteristics based on electrical signals are carried out for each fault of the wind turbine impeller systemAnalyze,standardize and improve the impeller system failure system.It focuses on solving the fault category recognition caused by the low accuracy of the single platform modeling model in wind turbine fault research,the impeller failure simulation effectiveness is poor,the early fault signal of the wind turbine is weak and difficult to extract,and the electrical signal analysis of the fan impeller system fault characteristics,etc.The key issue.
