As a temporary support structure,the support system of building structures is often ignored by people during the construction process.Therefore,the collapse of the supporting system during construction is not uncommon.How to use a certain method in the construction process to manage the support system in real time under complex construction conditions is one of the hot issues that researchers in this field are concerned about.This paper combines with the project of Huazhiyi Art Center in Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province,and focuses on the supporting system of a long-span prestressed cantilever beam structure as the main research object.The comparison method of real-time monitoring and numerical analysis is used to study the stress distribution of each steel pipe in the supporting system from the concrete pouring stage to the demolishing construction stage,so as to provide technical guidance for the site construction.Through the analysis of the error comparison between the numerical calculation and the on-site monitoring data,the rationality and reliability of the monitoring scheme and model establishment are verified,which provides a certain reference value for the design and construction of such projects.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Based on the typical cases of the support system collapse in recent years,the main reasons for the collapse of the support system during construction are summarized.2.This paper mainly analyzes the key technologies in the construction process of the long-span cantilever beam of this project,and provides certain reference for the site of such projects.3.A specific scheme is designed for the real-time dynamic monitoring of its supporting system at the site of each construction process,and numerical analysis is performed using finite element software.4.Before pouring concrete to tensioning the prestressed beam: the overall stress of the bracing system is increasing with time,and the increase is more obvious at the beginning and then stabilizes.5.Before tensioning the prestressed beam to the removal of the wooden planking:the overall stress of the support system has decreased to a certain extent.6.In the first stage of removing the wooden planking: the stress of the long-spanprestressed cantilever support system has a certain increase compared to the previous construction stage.7.In the second stage of removing the wooden planking: the stress value near the outside of the supporting steel pipe is large,and the support system of the large-span prestressed cantilever beam has the highest peak stress during the entire construction process.8.In the third stage of removing the wooden planking: The change in the stress value of the support system has been moderated compared to the previous construction stage.Figure: 39 table: 10 reference: 56...
