Our country is a populous country,at present,some of the scope of construction planning is becoming more and more limited,saturated population live,by looking into underground space,can ease the pressure of urban residential,underground engineering has been developed rapidly,including some with the basement of the underground garage,underground is reused,such as residential,commercial center.The effective utilization of urban underground space has not only injected vitality into human life,but also caused a series of problems.The most noticeable problem is that,due to the buoyancy of groundwater,when the buoyancy is greater than gravity,anti-buoyancy measures should be considered to prevent the damage of buildings and reduce potential safety problems.Therefore,the research on basement anti-floating problem has become a hot topic in the construction of underground engineering.By theoretical analysis,stress mechanism and damage mechanism research,the tensile strength and corrosion resistance of the expanded bolt can be significantly improved.At the same time,it is important to improve the anti-floating construction technology and design level of the expanded bolt.Therefore,by studying the action mechanism,construction technology and bearing characteristics of the expanded bolt and combining with the background data of the project,this paper conducts research and summarizes it.On this basis,the parameters of anti-floating expansion bolt are optimized,which provides some valuable reference for the future application of anti-floating structure in basement.Its main contents include:(1)In this paper,through the research,analysis and summary of the anti-floating expansion bolt at home and abroad,some laws are obtained,the development process of the bolt is studied,the development status of the bolt is summarized,and the shortcomings of the research on the expansion bolt can be further studied and the technical route can be verified.(2)Combined with specific project,this paper studies the mechanism of the expansion bolt body and destruction form,through the theoretical calculation study expansion bolt pulling force needed to design value,through the finite element analysis of ultimate strength of tension and its largest contrast research,and summarized,at the same time,according to the damage rule of the ultimate bearing capacity analysis of expansion anchor damage body type,provide the basis for project construct scheme.(3)Through the anti-floating fault bar project of bengbu bailemen international cultural and economic square,the paper introduces the construction process,construction method,requirements and key technical contents of the construction parameters control standard for the high-pressure jet hole reaming of anti-floating expansion bolt.According to the analysis of actual engineering projects,the optimal anti-floating scheme is selected,and it is found that,compared with the ordinary bolt scheme,the anti-floating and expanding bolt saves a lot of costs in the aspects of cost,time limit,quantity,detection cost and so on.In terms of corrosion prevention,the anti-floating and expanding bolt is also better than the ordinary bolt,which is very suitable for permanent engineering.(4)By the method of finite element software of ABAQUS,the expansion bolt model,through the use of force simulation on a single expansion bolt under the action of water buoyancy limit damage,for different parameters on the expansion of the influence factors of the ultimate bearing capacity of the anchor rod body,whether you need in the basement antifloating measures and according to the situation of the groundwater is anticorrosive measures,lays the foundation for the application of anti-floating expansion bolt body.Figure:[],Table:[],Reference[]...
