The DCS system is a decentralized control system that integrates computer technology,measurement control technology,communication technology,and signal processing technology with microprocessor as the core to achieve production management and process control.The power plant at the space launch site mainly undertakes the tasks of launch site testing,training,domestic power consumption and heating support.In order to improve the technical level of the power plant at the space launch site,achieve the goals of equipment control automation,control simplification,management informatization,improve the operating efficiency and safety of the unit,reduce the accident incidence rate and the labor intensity of personnel,and carry out targeted control system transformation and optimization.The original hydraulic speed regulation mode of turbogeneratorhas some problems,such as insufficient self-regulation,low regulation accuracy and large overshoot.In view of this backward speed regulation mode,this paper designs and implements the decentralized control system,increases various test and protection functions,improves the automation level and protection measures of the unit,and prolongs the service life of the unit.Through the design of emergency interruption system,steam turbine safety monitoring system,oil system and synchronous motor,the automatic control of speed,power and exhaust steam pressure of turbogenerator units is realized,which meets the requirements of monitoring and controlling the start-up,shutdown,normal operation of units and automatic handling of abnormal and accident conditions.The design and implementation of boiler distributed control system mainly includes five parts: Advan Trol-Pro system,data acquisition system,furnace safety monitoring system,analog control system and sequential control system.The design adopts the Advan Trol-Pro system,which mainly implements system configuration,data service and real-time monitoring functions.Advan Trol-Pro system is used in the design,which mainly realizes the functions of real-time monitoring,system configuration and data service.By designing the analog control system of the boiler and its auxiliary system,setting up the corresponding regulating circuit and adopting advanced and effective control strategy,the adjustment and control of the main process parameters are realized.Sequential control system is designed according to the sequence,condition and time requirement of boiler operation,and a series of operation control is automatically carried out by the related objects of the process system.The safety of boiler operation is guaranteed by automatic control protection.The function of sequential start/stop control of equipment is realized by sequential control of function group and equipment level.Through investigating and researching the local power industry,refining the demand analysis,focusing on the technical difficulties,this paper applies DCS control system to the existing equipment system problems,improves the field equipment,improves the control system,and establishes a unified real-time database for the whole plant,which lays a good hardware foundation for the next construction of the monitoring information system.
