The steel frame structure of huge power station boilers has the characteristics of high height,large span,large component section and complex system.It has tens of thousands of boiler loads suspended on it.Once progressive collapse occurs,it will lead to tragic casualties and property losses.It has caused a bad social impact,but the current research on the resistance to progressive collapse of boiler steel frames is still blank.At the same time,the key elements in the huge boiler tower are large in size,and a large number of stiffeners are installed.It is necessary to carry out refined simulation analysis on the stress of key elements.In this paper,the finite element analysis of the key elements of a huge power plant boiler tower structure is carried out,and the cross-sectional dimensions of the key elements are determined.On this basis,the collapse resistance of the structural system is analyzed.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The finite element analysis model of key beam and column members is established by ABAQUS.The mechanical properties of the larger-sized columns and two-layer columns in the structural system are analyzed.The T-shaped stiffeners are locally stabilized.The influence ensures that the column structure has sufficient strength in the design;the short force performance of the eccentric beam in the structure is analyzed to ensure that the beam does not suffer from instability and damage.(2)The finite element model of the large boiler steel frame structure system was established by ABAQUS.At the same time,the model established by STAAD software was compared to verify the rationality of the finite element model.The loading scheme,the selection principle and the failure criterion for removing the key column were determined.(3)The nonlinear dynamic analysis of the progressive collapse resistance of the huge boiler steel frame structure is carried out to study the dynamic response of the joints after the failure of the key column members,and the displacement of the adjacent nodes of the column and the internal forces of the frame beams on both sides of the joint are analyzed.Analyze the influence of the damage of key elements in different parts on the residual structure,and provide suggestions for the resist collapse design of the huge boiler steel frame structure.
