The numerical study of the field diffusion characteristics that interfere with the smokescreen is based on the numerical research method established by the computational fluid mechanics(CFD)method.The numerical research method mainly consists of four parts,namely,the basic conservation relationship control equation,the field air medium motion control equation,the control equation that interferes with the discrete phase motion of the smoke screen,and the numerical characterization method of interfering with the interference characteristics of the smokescreen.Compared with the traditional research method,the numerical method is a new method for the study of the performance of diffuse interference in the field of interference smoke screen.The new method has the advantages of reducing the number of field tests,shortening the development cycle of engineering,and saving the use of scientific research funds.In this paper,a kind of interference smoke screen is selected and manufactured,which is used as a numerical research object of the diffusion characteristics in the field.In order to ensure the accuracy of numerical simulation,the interference smoke screen combustion release flow,interference smoke screen particle size distribution parameters,interference smoke screen interference extinction coefficient,etc.The test results are used as the parameters of the relevant model in the CFD commercial software ANSYS FLUENT,and the field diffusion characteristics of the interference smoke screen under different field wind speed conditions are simulated numerically.The numerical simulation of the effective interference area of the smokescreen under different field wind speed,the average diffusion height,average diffusion length,the numerical result of the effective interference area and the change law with time,and the interference smoke screen has the best diffusion and interference effect when the wind speed is 3m/s in the field.In order to verify the accuracy of the numerical research method and numerical simulation results of the interference smoke screen,the field diffusion characteristics of the interference smoke screen are tested.The experimental test measures the average diffusion height,average diffusion length and effective interference area of the disturbance smoke curtain under different field wind speeds by stabilizing combustion and releasing the interference smoke,and after comparing the test results with the numerical simulation results of this paper,it is found that the numerical simulation results are basically consistent with the pattern of the change of the test measurement results over time.At the same time,the error of numerical simulation results meets the requirements of engineering use.Therefore,the numerical research method and numerical simulation results established in this paper are considered to be accurate and meet the numerical research requirements of the field diffusion characteristics of the interference smoke screen under different wind speeds.
