In recent years,China has become a global air-conditioner production base,and the market demand for air-conditioner stop valves is constantly increasing,while the production methods are still mainly manual assembly.Only a few factories with relatively high degree of automation have realized semi-automated assembly of some processes.The pressure brought by management,cost,quality and efficiency is very large.Many manufacturing enterprises are seeking to improve or solve these problems through automation technology.Therefore,aiming at the demand of many large air-conditioning valve manufacturing enterprises for the automatic assembly and inspection of stop valves,a set of efficient and reliable automatic assembly system for air conditioning and refrigeration system is developed and put into use.The dissertation mainly analyzes the assembly process of the stop valve of the air conditioning cooling system,and designs a set of automatic assembly system of the stop valve based on the current production technology.According to the process parameters required by the manufacturer,the design of the mechanical scheme system,the design of the high-speed visual control system based on PLC system and the layout design of the overall structure of the whole machine were completed.In the mechanical aspect,the machine logistics system with better efficiency,the clamp spring tightening pressure mechanism,bending tube correction anti rebound mechanism,plug installation mechanism,copper foam cleaning and collection body,and so on,are designed.In the control,the structure of the construction and control system including the hardware circuit is designed.The structure includes the design of the upper computer,the lower computer and the related peripheral circuits.Focusing on the precise and rapid loading of the axial pretightening force of the assembly nut,the detailed analysis and algorithm research are done.Considering the screw preload reversing valve core appears in process of rapid high frequency in overshoot,overload pre tightening shortage,the motion planning and frequency response analysis,and ensure the fast response and steady state performance of the system in the process of running through the torque compensation algorithm of PID control strategy and the spool feeding shaft.Finally,the on-site installation of the whole mechanical structure,the on-site installation and commissioning of the control system and the field test of the control algorithm are analyzed.The feasibility and stability of the control program and control algorithm are verified,which has an ideal assembly effect.The automatic assembly system described in this dissertation has been successfully delivered to the factory and has been applied in the industrial field.The automatic assembly system and preload compensation algorithm of the stop valve studied in this paper can provide valuable reference for the development of valve assembly machine with higher efficiency,more complex assembly process and higher manufacturing accuracy.
