| Automobile inspection tools affect the research and development of new car models and the accuracy of vehicle manufacturing.Inspection tool design is an important step in automobile research and development.With the rapid development of the automotive market,the current design method has been difficult to meet the requirements of rapid manufacturing of inspection tools,which seriously limits its production efficiency.This paper focuses on the accuracy rate,reuse rate and inspection tool design efficiency of the inspection tool model.Based on the actual needs of related companies,this paper conducts research on case resource invocation and model variant design in the key technology of automotive inspection tool design.The rapid design idea of automobile inspection tools based on MBD model retrieval,combined with a variety of technologies,has developed a set of automobile inspection tools design system to promote the design of automobile inspection tools to be more automated and intelligent.Through the effective reuse of existing process equipment models in the automotive industry,the efficiency of inspection tool design is improved.The main research work is as follows:(1)Based on the overall analysis of the automobile main model information modeling,a three-dimensional MBD process model of the part is created,understanding the relevant information in the three-dimensional model retrieval process,creating an information model containing part shape characteristics and inspection process characteristics,and using it as Data information in the process of 3D model retrieval.In the research on the preprocessing of model-related information,the TF-IDF algorithm is used to transform the document data,so that the data information retrieved by the model is more sufficient.(2)Aiming at the problem of low case retrieval efficiency of enterprises at present,a case reuse method based on MBD model retrieval is proposed.On the basis of obtaining the feature information of the part model,the extreme learning machine retrieval algorithm is used to retrieve a three-dimensional model with similar characteristics from the auto parts model to be designed from the complex process equipment case library,and the fixture model associated with the model is invoked.(3)Aiming at the problem of low utilization rate of the existing test tool model resources in the manufacturing industry,a design idea of test tool case model reconstruction is proposed.Through the modification and local adjustment of the case model to generateautomotive inspection tools that meet the design requirements.After understanding the parameter information of the auto parts and the inspection tool model,the structure of the inspection tool model is decomposed and a variant design template is created.Aiming at the resource characteristics of various components in the fixture structure,matching the parameters of the parts through the algorithm,the design parameter linkage between the auto parts and the fixture model is realized,and the fixture model is changed by using the parameters.Modules that need to be modified in the jig model are replaced with models,and the configured parts are assembled into jigs that meet the design requirements.The modification and adjustment of the existing inspection tool model to complete the design of the automotive inspection tool,shortening the research and development cycle of inspection tool equipment.(4)Based on the above key technologies and ideas,starting from the design requirements of the inspection tool design company,an automotive inspection tool intelligent design system is developed on the UG/NX software,and the functional system included in the design system is described.The design of the front bumper inspection tool model is used as an example to realize the rapid design of its inspection tool,which verifies the practicability of the technology in the inspection tool design. |
