| At present,information technology is widely used in the military field.Informationbased weapons such as precision-guided weapons and unmanned combat systems have significant operational advantages in modern warfare.Precision pointing mechanisms are widely used in aircraft,ships and other vehicles.Combined with the corresponding optoelectronic system,tactical tasks such as high-speed search,target recognition and target stably tracking can be completed to capture and collect battlefield target information.It has an irreplaceable role in information warfare.This paper studies the precise pointing mechanism based on permanent magnetic synchronous motor(PMSM)as the research object.Aiming at the application of the research objects in engineering environment,the control methods of precise pointing mechanism,disturbance and hardware and software design are studiedThe main research work includes several contents:1.Aiming at the precise pointing mechanism with PMSM as actuator,the form of PMSM AC servo system is analyzed.The PMSM model,PWM and the vector control system have been studied.Based on the system of dSPACE,a semi-physical simulation is carried out.As the study shows,the strategy of SVPWM frequency modulation conversion can control the precise pointing mechanism,meeting the basic controlling demands.2.Aiming at the perturbation problem of speed stabilization loop on the precise pointing mechanism and some problems in classical disturbance observer,disturbance observer based on the rate signal has been applied.On the basis of dSPACE system,a semi-physical simulation and the Matlab/Simulink have been done.The study shows that the disturbance observer based on the rate signal can efficiently control system rotational speed disturbance and torque disturbance.3.The design of control loop is respectively based on absolute type encoder and the pep-top’s accurate pointing mechanism speed ring / stable ring,absolute type encoder position loop,accurate pointing mechanism tracking loop based on target tracker.The overall design relates to the tracking controlling software of accurate pointing mechanism,including controlling the process of software,controlling the overall structure of the software,relationships between each module and controlling development the modules of each software.To realize the design of accurate pointing mechanism stable tracking control software.4.Built the system of optronics pod and devised servo control circuit based on cybernetics core cybernetics core.The application of the system realized the control method,the antagonism of disturbance and the design of the software mentioned in the paper,the feasibility of the content of research is verified in the experiment. |
