Astronauts need to carry out a variety of scientific experiments and equipment maintenance tasks in the space microgravity environment,in order to ensure that the successful of the mission,astronauts need to be on the ground or similar conditions for repeated training.Therefore,a system is needed to simulate the microgravity environment in space and provide hardware support for astronaut training.To this end,Chinese Manned Space Engineering plans to establish an "Astronaut Cooperative Training System",using flexible rope suspension to counteract gravity to simulate the low gravity environment.This article takes "Astronaut Cooperative Training System" as the subject and application background,chooses two directions as the main research point for the project,one is to measure the rope swinging angle of the suspension training system in real time,and the second is to measure the astronaut's body posture in real time.In order to ensure the authenticity of the simulation,the system needs to control the swing angle of the rope in real time,so that the angle of the plumb line is kept within 1 degree.In this paper,a visual measurement method is proposed to measure the rope swing angle in real time,and a detailed experimental scheme is designed.In order to monitor the movement of astronauts in real time,this paper makes a deep research on human motion measurement,designs human posture detection and tracking algorithm,and implements related experiments.This article mainly includes the following aspects of the content:1.Elaborated the current commonly used rope swing angle measurement method,including contact and non-contact,compared the advantages and disadvantages of different types of methods,put forward to select more in line with the actual project vision measurement method,design and implement the rope swing angle measurement.2.This paper introduces the algorithm of human posture detection,emphatically analyzes the principle and realization process of random forest algorithm,and designs the human posture Detection program.3.In view of the human posture tracking problem introduced the correlation algorithm,mainly elaborated the ICP algorithm principle and the realization flow.The concept has carried on the mathematics derivation to the point cloud registration in the rigid point cloud transformation,finally based on the ICP algorithm design This article's human body posture tracking procedure,realizes the multiplayer human body posture tracking.4.Build the human motion measurement system,introduce the process from hardware selection to System setup and commissioning,design the performance of the experiment to verify the human posture detection and human posture tracking algorithm,realize real-time human posture detection and tracking,and get the three-dimensional skeleton movement information in real time.
