In recent years,a growing number of governments have paid attention to green,efficient and pollution-free nuclear power generation.Simultaneously,nuclear power industry in China is in a period of vigorous development.Nuclear power plants will encounter many difficulties in the construction process due to their special building functions and complex process requirements.The key construction of the dual roof formwork support system has been carried out in response to the problems such as the close proximity of the double roofs and the difficulty of construction in the narrow space during the construction of the fuel plant of the No.5 unit of the Hua long No.1 nuclear power plant.The thesis research and some results have played a good guiding significance for the construction of the double roof of Unit 5 of the "Hua long No.1" nuclear power plant.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Based on the analysis of the technological characteristics of the “Hua long No.1”fuel plant and the design of double-roof buildings,Three different construction schemes are proposed: the full-frame support system,steel beam + profiled steel plate + full-frame combined support system,and double pole + diagonal brace + full-frame combined support system.For each construction plans,the feasibility and safety of the construction process were verified through detailed structural design and calculation analysis.(2)The above three support systems were compared and analyzed from the aspects of construction period,project cost,technical difficulty,etc.,and finally determined that the dual-pole + diagonal brace + full-frame combined support system was the best choice for the actual project.On the basis of the preliminary design,the paper further optimized theconstruction process of this scheme.(3)Through the analysis of the construction quality management characteristics of the complex roof formwork support of the nuclear power plant,the possible quality and safety issues were sorted out in advance.In this way,quality management measures for the construction of complex roof formwork support of nuclear power plants have been formed.The above research results of the thesis provide a technical guarantee for the construction quality and safety of the complex roof of the nuclear power plant,and also provide an important reference for such projects as Fuqing Nuclear Power Unit 5 and 6,Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Unit 1,and the Karachi Nuclear Power Project abroad.
