| As a new type of ship, the building block ark is the first new ship with low cost, many functions, light weight and detachable. The building block ark is composed of the bow floating body, the floating body, the floating body connecting body, the cover plate, the shield plate, the deck, the clasp and the stern. The catamaran is the original body of the building block ark.It is a new type of catamaran ship made by splicing. The building block ark has the structure and advantage that other ships and aquatic products do not have.Compared with the simple light ship, the wooden ark has better stability and mechanical performance.Compared with heavy ships such as metal ships and wooden ships, the building block ark is lighter, its chemical properties are more stable, and its receptivity is irreplaceable. The overall length of the building block ark can be adjusted by freely controlling the number of floating bodies according to the requirements. It has a variety of functional features and can also be spliced together to form a bridge for separate use.The mechanical structure and design of the building block ark are the first of its kind.So far, there is no precedent for checking and calculating the structural strength and deformation of the building block ark.Due to the existence of multiple factors in the hull grounding,it is necessary to conduct a simulation experiment on the hull with multiple factors. The direct calculation method based on finite element theory, based on the reasonable creation of finite element model, can quickly and effectively calculate the equivalent stress and deformation of the ship as a whole. Therefore, based on the finite element theory, the ship strength checking method improves the traditional single checking scheme of beam theory. In this paper, the finite element calculation of the building block ark is carried out under the above conditions. The main contents are as follows:Understand the development history of catamaran, explore and discuss the current research results of catamaran, and carry out a detailed consideration on the mechanical structure and overall performance of catamaran. This paper introduces the simulation software used in the finite element analysis of building block ark,and further proves the use of finite element method in the structural strength check of ships and its strong theoretical basis. The materials of the ark were determined by experimental analysis and comparison. The structure and size of the splicing parts are designed according to the initial simplified model, and the assembly ligands, transfer ligands and 3d models of all parts of the hull are drawn and designed with SOLIDWORKS software. The ark is analyzed from the aspects of stress, load and constraint application.Finite element software is used to calculate the structural strength of some members of the ark under static load.Compare the strength standards, and then improve the structure and components that do not conform to the standards,in order to meet the strength requirements.ANSYS software was used to calculate the strength of the ship under five different working conditions, such as arch, sag and wave.Analysis under the working condition of five kinds of the operation condition of the building blocks of the ark,and external load, load formula for computing the external load is derived and simplified mesh model, and application of optimization of ship model, constraint and load, calculated the stress and deformation of the hull structure, and compare the strength standard,in order to measure the strength of the hull, the improvement of standard component, structure, etc. With continuous calculation and improvement, the structure of the building block ark finally meets the designed strength conditions, which is conducive to further designing the structure of the building block ark in the future.Based on the finite element analysis of the beached situation of the building block ark with ANSYS software, the beached situation of the ship’s hull can be divided into three different forms of the reef: cone reef, ball reef and platform reef.In this paper, the coneshaped reef is taken as an example to simulate the damage caused by the stranded reef to the hull under the limit conditions, and the finite element analysis is carried out to improve the structure of the building block ark and the performance of the hull. |
