With the development of construction technology and technology,multi-pylon cable-stayed bridges are favored by more and more bridge builders for their superior spanning ability and good structural performance.The multi-pylon cable-stayed bridge is a high-order statically indeterminate structure.Its complex structure makes construction monitoring an important research topic.In order to ensure the construction quality and construction safety of the multi-pylon cable-stayed bridge,the internal force and linearity of the structure after the bridge are satisfied Design expectations,bridge construction monitoring must be performed.This paper mainly combines the design information and construction monitoring practice of a multi-pylon cable-stayed bridge,and conducts a more in-depth analysis and research around the construction monitoring and simulation of a multi-pylon cable-stayed bridge.This article first introduces the development of multi-pylon cable-stayed bridges at home and abroad,elaborates the necessity of construction monitoring of cable-stayed bridges,and then combines the actual engineering background with a bridge structure analysis software to establish a finite element calculation model of multi-pylon cable-stayed bridges.And then use the front-loading method to carry out simulation calculation and analysis during the construction phase,and obtain the deflection,internal force and stress of the main beam,the deflection and stress of the bridge tower,and the cable force of the cable during each construction phase to verify the safety of the bridge structure during the construction process.The stability and stability of the bridge structure were studied at last.The changes of the key section stresses and cable forces of the bridge structure throughout the construction process were summarized,and the changes during the construction process were summarized to provide a basis for site construction monitoring.In this paper,a construction monitoring plan for a multi-pylon cable-stayed bridge is formulated to guide the construction monitoring work of the cable-stayed bridge.Through the comparative analysis of the measured and calculated values of the main beam elevation,the vertical mold elevation of each section of the main beam during construction is determined and controlled.The linear shape of the whole bridge is smooth;by monitoring the stress values of the main beam and the pylon at each construction stage,the structure can be reasonably stressed during construction;the initial tension of the stay cable is strictly controlled,and the change of the cable force during construction is monitored to ensure the construction Safety.According to the control results,it can be seen that the overall shape of the main beam is smooth,the measured values of stress are in line with the calculated values,the initial tension error of the stay cable is small,and the cable force of the bridge is evenly distributed.All indicators meet the requirements of the specification,and the construction monitoring has reached the expected goal.
