Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor automation of the traditional methods of detecting track slab,this paper begins to study the 3D laser scanning detection technology.It is found that the manufacturers that currently use this technology have missed testing,and the technology is rarely used,and problems encountered in actual testing cannot be supported by strong data.In order to solve these problems,this paper uses a three-dimensional laser scanner to scan the track slab and obtain the point cloud data to carry out the following research.First of all,to analyze the current status of track slabs,CRTS? track slabs were independently developed by China and are currently the main type used.Therefore,the research in this paper is mainly focused on CRTS? track slabs.In-depth research,categorized 277 test sizes in 7 major categories,18 items,and summarized the factors that need attention in testing.The detection of track slabs is more complicated,and the accuracy requirements are extremely high.To ensure the accuracy of track slab detection is the quality control of track slabs,thereby ensuring the high smoothness and high stability of the track.Secondly,the principle and method of total station instrument detection by a plate-making factors are studied.Through the combination of theory and practice,the process and precautions of total station instrument detection for CRTS? track slab are summarized,and given the calculation method of the internal parameters of the total station is described.After studying the current methods of detecting the track slab,and doing a series of research on the theory and operation methods of 3D laser scanning detection technology,the detection method in this paper are proposed.Furthermore,the definition of the outer dimension of the track slab to be detected is explained in detail.Through repeated test inspections of 3D scan data of CRTS? track slab,the specific methods of processing 3D scan data are summarized,and the specific methods of data processing and the test results are listed.After that,multiple detection tests were performed on the CRTS? standard track slab data in STL format,and a method of directly detecting the scanned data with Geomagic Control software was proposed.The actual operation method and detection results of the processed data were analyzed to obtain the software can solve the conclusion of the missing test problem,and the detection accuracy meets the requirements,but the goal of automatic detection report detection is not feasible.Finally,through the above research,application prospects of the 3D laser scanning technology for the measurement of the outer dimensions of the track slab are highly hoped,and it has certain reference value for the automatic detection of the 3D laser scanning technology.
