The Kaplan turbine used in Guangxi Pingban Hydropower Station is usually used in hydropower stations with low and medium head.After a period of operation,due to various reasons such as wear of mechanical structure,change of hydrological conditions,etc.,the unit cooperation relationship does not match the factory cooperation relationship,the unit operation vibration is obvious,and the efficiency reduction is a common problem.How to obtain the energy index of the real machine and the mathematical model of the governor,how to measure the accurate calculation parameters in order to achieve the test requirements of the optimization of the cooperative relationship are widely concerned by the designers,manufacturers and users in the industry.In view of this,this paper puts forward a set of test scheme matching with the actual situation of Pingban Hydropower Station for the field test of PCC governor's Kaplan turbine collaborative optimization.This paper first introduces the geology and hydrology,installed capacity and operation status of Pingban Hydropower Station,then analyzes the PCC governor system structure,hardware configuration,PID control algorithm and so on.According to the requirements of field test,the measurement methods of head h,active power P,index flow Q andother parameters of 1-3 unit of Pingban Hydropower Station are determined.Based on the basic principle of digital cooperative device and its interpolation,the numerical calculation method of optimization test is determined,and the program logic of PCC governor is optimized according to the test results.In the field test,the accurate mathematical model of the unit is obtained,which lays a scientific test foundation for the next joint test.The relative efficiency test method is used to solve the problem of unknown parameters.Exponential test method and fixed guide blade working mode are used to adjust the working conditions of the coordinated working points,and obtain the conjoint relationship with the actual working conditions of the power plant units.The data of the test data are used to summarize the best operation efficiency of the units,and the effectiveness and the advanced nature of the test scheme proposed in this paper are verified.
