With the development of science and technology,urban residents' ways of travel are becoming more and more convenient,and more and more alternative ways are available.To grasp the dynamics of different types of public transportation resources at any time,and to solve the problem of uneven distribution of public transportation resources in cities through reasonable adjustments of transportation resources has become an urgent demand of transportation management departments.It is of significance to solve the problems caused by the traffic development above,improve the efficiency of public transportation management,and establish a corresponding information management system..Aiming at the problem of how to monitor and dispatch public transportation resources,this paper studies the construction of a public transportation data management platform.The main work includes the following aspects:(1)Based on the background of public transportation data management and information technology as the starting point,a public transportation data management platform was designed.It is proposed to synchronize various types of public transportation data together and transform them into intuitive visual data to effectively monitor various types of data.Data visualization models of buses,bus stops,taxis,public bicycles,and public bicycle rental stations are designed.According to the comprehensive data of various public transports in the area,a plan for balancing public transport resources is proposed.(2)Design the regional capacity analysis and early warning algorithm,calculate the capacity of each area to analyze and provide early warning under specific conditions;design a regional capacity scheduling algorithm based on the capacity of a single area and co-dispatch multiple vehicles,to achieve the overall scheduling of different vehicles in different areas in adjacent areas automatically generated when there is insufficient capacity in that certain area.(3)The development of the system is completed.The system was optimized from the perspectives of improving user experience and algorithm efficiency,and passed the final test.It makes it come true the traffic management department's grasp of the dynamics of public transportation resources and timely demand for reasonable dispatch of transportation resources.By completing the work above,the designed public transportation data management platform realizes the monitoring public transportation data and the automatic dispatching functions.
