Because the automobile industry is characterized by technology intensiveness,wide spread,large impact,and wide employment opportunities,the automobile industry is becoming more and more prominent in the world economic development.It will also have a huge effect and far-reaching impact on the development of the world economy and social progress.Since my country's entry into the WTO in 2001,the development of my country's auto industry has embarked on a "fast road".From 2001 to 2010,the compound annual growth rate of my country's average annual car sales was as high as 25%.Even if there was a global economic crisis in 2008,the year-on-year growth rate of my country's car sales still had a 6.7%growth rate.From 2011 to 2017,China's auto industry has changed from the previous high-speed growth to a substantial decline at this stage.The industry has entered a "new normal" growth model.Until 2018,the Chinese auto industry experienced its first decline in 28 years.Auto sales fell 2.8%year-on-year.This shows that China's auto industry has entered a critical period of high-quality development.Due to the downward pressure on the auto industry and the increased market volatility,the state has continued to optimize the industrial structure through measures such as policy support and strengthened supervision.This is an era in which opportunities and risks coexist in the industry's own business model,technological upgrading,energy-saving emission reduction and green production.This article takes Jiangling Motors Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as " Jiangling Motors")as an example of its financial situation in the past five years to comprehensively understand the business and financial status of this company,and mainly uses the method of Harvard Analysis Framework to carry out analysis to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the company in recent years,predict the future development trend of the company,and put forward reasonable suggestions for solving and optimizing the existing problems,and finally give Jiangling Motors and other related vehicles The enterprise proposes survival methods and ideas in line with the new environment.Compared with the traditional financial statement analysis method,the Harvard Analysis Framework has the advantage that it is not limited to the internal situation of the enterprise or emphasizes more on data,but also emphasizes the use of non-accounting data,which makes up for the defects of the traditional analysis method to a certain extent.Is a relatively comprehensive financial analysis system.This article describes the financial analysis of Jiangling Motors' Harvard Analysis Framework from four parts.The first part mainly introduces:research background and significance,current research status at home and abroad,research content and framework,and research innovation.The second part introduces related theories and lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the following parts.The third part conducts a Harvard Analysis framework of Jiangling Motors 'financial statements.Through its standard processes,it mainly makes a longitudinal comparison of the financial statements of the past five years from four parts:strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis.It is also similar to JMC.The auto companies'financial data in the past five years were analyzed horizontally,so as to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of the companies in the current stage of development.Through the analysis of the third part,the fourth part finds out the problems existing in JMC.Finally,it proposes reasonable optimization suggestions and countermeasures for the shortcomings exhibited by JMC. |
