In view of the great impact on the grid caused by large-scale grid connection of photovoltaic power generation,resulting in large fluctuations in voltage and current,causing frequent actions of relevant reactive power regulating devices in the grid,affecting the service life of relevant regulating devices,affecting the operation safety of the grid,etc.,using increasingly mature Internet technology,relying on grid security and stability control technology,active frequency control technology,ASP.Net platform development technology,C development technology,TCP / IP network communication technology,SQL Server database development technology and other theoretical technologies complete the design and implementation of photovoltaic power information collection and centralized control system of central Tibet power grid.Effectively reduce the impact of photovoltaic power generation on the grid,ensure the stability of the grid,reduce the fluctuation range of the grid,improve the efficiency of the grid operation,and make the grid operation safe and reliable.This paper mainly introduces the background and current research status of power information acquisition and centralized control system software development,describes the system functions and implementation methods in detail,and completes the design and implementation of the system.
